Margaret H. Anderson's Obituary
MARGARET ANDERSON Margaret Helen Anderson of Tall Trees in The Villages, Florida, passed away peacefully on November 10, 2012, after a brief illness. She was 82 years old. Her husband, Robert, children, Bruce Conord, Kathi Sutton, Karen Manner, and Kevin Conord, their spouses, plus grandchildren, Megan, Colleen, Andrew, Jason, and Samantha, survive her. She was a ballroom dancer for many years but found her most pleasure in singing karaoke. She had a wonderfully husky contralto voice that fit well with songs by Patsy Cline and the Righteous Brothers. The romance with her second-husband Bob was storybook: they met at a senior center dance and, after a whirlwind courtship, moved to the Villages nearly seven years ago. Previously, she lived in Linden, Winfield Park, and Warren, New Jersey. Marge was a very giving person and all of her many friends and extended family love her and will miss her tremendously. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 PM Thursday 11/15, at Banks-Page Funeral Home, 410 Webster Street, Wildwood, followed at 6 PM by a "Party to Celebrate Marge" at Bacall Recreation Center, 2041 Canal Street, The Villages. Anyone who knew her should bring their karaoke voice. Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to: Cornerstone Hospice Foundation
