Four generations, 2017 and 1984
Sadly the Matriarch of our Burr family has passed away. My mother was a week short of her 83 birthday when she lost her battle with cancer and left the pain behind. It is especially ironic that I met my first grandson (her third great grandchild) on the same weekend that we learned of her condition. Miriam and I brought some animals with us to make her feel better and it worked. She just adored our white tailed deer. Three weeks later she was gone.
Thank you Mom for giving me the chance at life and for the love of nature that you instilled in our early lives. My life is a direct result of your passions and interests.
Rest in Peace Margaret, knowing that you will never be forgotten and shall live on in the nature surrounding us.
