Louise C. Smith's Obituary
Louise C. Smith, 85, Wildwood, FL. went to be with the Lord on March 1, 2012 in Summerfield, FL. Mrs. Smith was born on March 18, 1926 in Hillsboro, Ohio to her parents Elwell and Jessie Campbell. She was a retired School Teacher who taught Music in the Public School system where she met her late husband James Smith. Louise and her husband moved to the area in 1992 from St. Petersburg, FL. and became a member of Wildwood United Methodist Church serving the church as Choir Director serving both the youth and senior members as well as being very involved in church affairs. A very artistic lady, who wrote music for church affairs and assisted in many plays and performances, she and her husband created a circus while living in Hamilton, Ohio to help keep youths involved in a positive environment helping them to stay out of trouble, which earned both Louise and her husband accolades from their community. She is survived by: two Step-Daughters: Candace Keller and Tracie Smith both of Hamilton, Ohio: a nephew: Phillip Newland and a Niece Sandra Myers both of Houston, Texas: and her church family as well as her very dear friends. A Celebration of Her Life will take place on Tuesday, March 6, 2012 at 4:00pm at Wildwood United Methodist Church, Wildwood, FL. Services entrusted to Banks, Page-Theus Funeral Home, Wildwood, FL.
