Louis Francis Mazzei's Obituary
Louis Francis Mazzei, 84, of Sebring, FL passed away Friday, May 27, 2016. Mr. Mazzei was born November 10, 1931 in Niagara Falls, NY to Joseph and Mary (Ceraso) Mazzei. Louis was a Korean War Veteran serving as a 1st Lt. in the U.S. Marine Corp. He was a retired high school teacher serving 38 years in the Niagara Wheatfield School District in Sanborn, NY. Louis moved to Sebring in 1999 from Niagara Falls and was a member of St. Catherine Catholic Church in Sebring. Survivors include his loving wife, Donna; daughters, Julie A. Hill of Sachse, TX and Linda K. Mazzei of Dallas, TX; son Robert W. and his wife Lori Mazzei of Oneonta, NY; sister, Lorraine Fields and husband William Fields of Sebring; grandsons, Jacob, Ethan and Daniel, several nieces, nephews and his faithful grand dog, Pearl. Louis was preceded in death by 2 children Kevin Michael Mazzei and Betsy Louise Mazzei. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00am, Tuesday, May 31, 2016 in the St. Catherine Catholic Church, Sebring with visitation from 10:30 until the mass begins.
