Lionel H. Simpson's Obituary
Lionel H. Simpson, 79, Summerfield, FL. passed away on Tuesday, March 13, 2012 at his residence in Summerfield. Mr. Simpson was a former employee of the Social Security Administration where he was an Office Administrator, and was also the owner of the Dallas Inn in Summerfield, FL. He was of the Lutheran faith and a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. He was a proud member of the American Legion Post in Fruitland Park, FL. He and his wife moved to Summerfield, Florida in 1990 from Baltimore, Maryland. Mr. Simpson enjoyed history, astrology and sporting events including watching his favorite home teams the Orioles and Ravens. He is survived by two daughters: Sharon Simpson of Huntington, West Virginia and Sheila A. Strickland (Patrick) of Wildwood, Florida; one grandson: Patrick Strickland of Wildwood, Florida. Services entrusted to Banks, Page-Theus Funeral Home, Wildwood, Florida.
