Leslie R. McIntire (HMCM) 68, of the Villages passes away suddenly on January 25, 2013 in Springfield, Mass. Les (Mac) was born in Portsmouth, New Hampshire on February 21, 1944 to Mildred L. Miles and James H. McIntire. After a 30year impressive career, serving his country, he moved to Florida and began his second career at Walt Disney World. His final retirement took him to the Villages with his companion Corky, where he continued with his passion for travel, enjoying life, which included gardening and helping anyone in need. He is survived by his sister in law, Linda McIntire of N.H. her 2 children Tracy and James as well as Tracy’s children Cole and Morgan, along with many friends. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent in his name to American Diabetes Association, PO Box 11454, Alexandria, VA 22312.
