I remember it like it was yesterday, although it was many many years ago. I was 5 years old, you were 17. You came to New Jersey for the summer of 1955. My Mom had her beauty shop in the basement of our home at the time. In the back there was a kitchen. We were both there & were both hungry, you were very excited to teach me how to make a sugar sandwich. We both sat down at the table & began eating, boy oh boy, did your Aunt Bobby give it to you. I loved every minute of the summer. I loved the time we spent together years later as adults, when I moved close by. My heart it so heavy, can't believe your gone. " Ya know I love ya baby, don't cha"
