Reed, Larry Richard's Obituary
Larry Richard Reed, 82, Fruitland Park, Florida passed away on December 16, 2025 at U. F. Health Leesburg Hospital in Leesburg, Florida. Larry was born on February 13, 1943 in Flint, Michigan to his parents Richard Lorain Reed and Aldah (Huggins) Reed.
Larry was a former Manufacturing Engineer in the Agricultural Industry. He moved to Fruitland Park, Florida in 2013 from Arkansas. Larry was a proud Veteran who served in the United States Army from 1961 to 1965 and then in the reserves until 1974. He was of the Lutheran faith and had been a member of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church (WELS), Leesburg, Florida.
He is survived by a brother: Robert Dale Reed of Chino Valley, AZ; a sister: Gayle Irene Reed of Mt. Morris, MI; two nephews: Cory Reed and Andrew Reed.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Linda Marie Cronenveht, and his beloved wife Donna Reed.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Mark’s Lutheran Church (WELS), Leesburg, Florida, in Larry’s loving memory.
