Kathleen A. Tittle's Obituary
Kathleen A. Lawton, 78, of Belleview, FL, passed away on June 8, 2026. Kathleen was
born on March 30, 1948, in Massillon, Ohio to Vera and Frederick Schmidt. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband James Tittle.
Kathy was a proud alumni of Washington High School in Massillon with the class of
1967. She loved her Tigers. Before moving to Florida in 2000, Kathy worked at Perry Rubber Co. She worked as a phlebotomist for 20 years while living in Florida. She loved spending time at the beach or in The Villages Squares listening to live music. Kathy was a big fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes and Elvis Presley, and vintage television shows. Anyone who knew her knew her story of seeing Elvis live in Cleveland, Ohio.
Kathy is survived by her loving husband of 15 years, Steven Lawton, her son, John
Czakel, (Tamela), four precious grandchildren: Nicholas, Christopher, Johnathan and Matthew, a step-son Michael Tittle, and her 5 siblings: Timothy (Norma), Thomas (Debbie), Victoria Cox (Jim), Joan Griest(Gregory), and Jeannie Harn(Dave).
Upon completion of visitation this coming Saturday, June 13 at 1:00, Kathy will be
cremated and taken to Ohio for burial.
