Joseph Yankosky's Obituary
Joseph Yankosky, 93, of Wildwood passed away Monday, January 2, 2017. Mr. Yankosky was born August 22, 1923 in Fourstates, WV to Paul Walter and Blanche (Figura) Yankosky. He was a WWII and Korean War Veteran serving in the U.S. Army. Joe retired from the Railroad as an Investigator and moved to Continental Country Club in 1979 from MI. He was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. Joe loved to golf and fish. He was an excellent golfer and at 3 different times, held the title of Club Champion of the Year at Continental Country Club. Joe was the last of his 8 siblings to pass away. Survivors include his loving wife of 61 years, Doris along with many loving nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 8:00am, Tuesday, January 10, 2017, in the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, Wildwood.
