A Letter to my Loving Father-in-Law of 35 years:
Dear Dad,
It was nearly ten years ago that Tom and I planned our first trip to Europe. You asked me to write about our travels, so that when we returned, I could read my journals to you and Mom and it would be like you were both there with us. Each time we explored far-off lands, I wrote about it in hopes that bringing it back to you would allow you to share the experience.
Yours and Mom's lives have been the sum of not only everything that you have experienced together, but also of the joys in the lives of the children you have raised - and the children THEY have raised. Your love will continue to live on, as well as the lessons you have taught us throughout our lives.
It comforts me to believe that you are now able to see clearly, allowing you to continue to write your stories to share with us when we meet you with God in Heaven.
I love you and miss you!
Lindy
