James Blane Williams' Obituary
James Blane Williams, age 84 of Wildwood passed away January 30, 2019. James was born on January 19, 1935 to Henry Pete and Shirley (Roop) Williams in Jonesville, Virginia. James married Gloria Shuman on July 12, 1957.
James was a farmer and was an avid hunter and loved to especially hunt turkey and deer. James loved to meet his friends at the Coffee House in Wildwood as a member of the coffee club. James attended the Oxford Assembly of God Church.
James is survived by Gloria, his wife of 61 years, his son Chris and wife Tracey, granddaughters Catie (Dustin) Bowers, Cayla (Caleb) Hyatt, Haley Williams, and two great grandchildren Cason and Saylor.
James is preceded in death by his parents and sisters Jean Becker and Dorothy Isaacs.
There will be a visitation on Saturday, February 2nd from 10 to 11 AM at Oxford Assembly of God Church with service to follow at 11:00 AM. Burial will be held at Pine Level Cemetery immediately following service.
