Jan and I first met Jim & Jean and their family in Sao Paulo, Brazil in 1983. We became good friends there playing a lot of softball together on the local Caterpillar team, social bridge in one another's homes and socializing together frequently. Jim was always pleasant and fun to be around and was the kind of friend you could really count on. We then later reconnected in The Villages in Florida after we had both retired. I have great memories of our times together and will definitely miss him.

Jim and I have been friends since Junior High School. Even though we lost track of each other during our parenting years, we were able to reconnect after we both retired. Since then we have been able to spend time golfing and playing cards together every winter.
Jim was a dear friend and I will miss him.
