James Edward O'Brien's Obituary
James E. O’Brien Jr., 86, formerly of Windsor, CT passed away surrounded by his family on August 20, 2014. Jim was born in Bangor, Maine on March 20, 1928. After serving in the U.S. Army in Korea, Jim graduated from Ricker College in Maine with a degree in Mathematics. He moved to Connecticut and worked for Pratt & Whitney Aircraft as a computer programmer. After 35 years Jim retired and moved to Florida. Jim will be greatly missed by his loving wife, Jan, his sister, Joan Pooler, his 4 children, Jimmy, Jackie, Jane, and Jeffrey, 7 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Private services were held.
