James L. Moreland's Obituary
James L. Moreland, 95, Wildwood, FL went to be with the Lord on September 12, 2013 under the loving care of his wife and staff of Arbor Village, Wildwood, FL. Mr. Moreland was born on July 7, 1918 in Huntington, West Virginia to his parents Garrett and Ethel Moreland. He was a former owner and operator of a T.V. Sales and Repair store. He and his wife moved to Wildwood in 1988 from Proctorville, Ohio. He was of the Christian faith and a proud veteran who served in World War II in the U.S. Army and had received the Silver Star for gallantry action in Germany. He belonged to the Aeronautical Club in Clearwater, FL and was a proud Mason. He was a Pilot and loved to fly and also loved boating. He is survived by his loving wife of 75 years: Edna L. Moreland of Wildwood, FL and several nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, September 19, 2013 at 11:00AM at First Baptist Church of Wildwood with Inurnment to follow at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Florida with Military Honors.
