James G. LaVeigne, Jr., 88, Lifelong resident of Oxford, Fl. went to be with the Lord on August 16, 2012 under the care of loving family and cornerstone hospice at The Villages Hospice House. Mr. LaVeigne was an Independent Letter Carrier for the U.S. Postal Service. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II and a lifelong member of the Oxford United Methodist Church in Oxford, FL. He is survived by his brother: Terry Laveigne; a sister Midge LaVeigne both of Oxford, FL.; many loving nieces and nephews as well as many grand-nieces and grand-nephews. Services entrusted to Banks, Page-Theus Funeral Home, Wildwood, FL. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, August 18, 2012 at 10:30am at Oxford United Methodist Church, Oxford, FL. with burial at Pine Level Cemetery in Oxford, FL.
