Jack M. Eaton, 83, of Tavares, FL, passed away Friday, March 6, 2015 while under the care of his loving wife, family and Cornerstone Hospice. Mr. Eaton was born August 5, 1931 in Eagle Grove, Iowa to the late James Eaton and Marjo Read Obituary
Jack and I shared a love of the Iowa Hawkeyes. He & Judy & their family borrowed my shirts to wear to Iowa bowl games in Florida. We share so many people, places it's uncanny. Loved Jack like a brother. But he fought as long as an human I know to stay on this earth with Judy. Who could ask him for more? God has healed him!
Jack was a true friend and I remember him teaching me gin rummy in Washington, Iowa. It was an expensive class. Remember sailing on Beaver Lake in Arkansas, Judy 1 and Judy 2 making snow angles in Salisbury, NC and our last visit together having lunch at the Villages. Judy and I will miss you and look forward to our next meeting. God be with you Judy 1 and keep in touch.
