Goldie Stevens' Obituary
Goldie M. Stevens, 81, Lake Placid, Florida, went to be with the Lord on August 9, 2016 at her residence under the loving care of her family and staff of Good Shepherd Hospice. Mrs. Stevens was born on March 3, 1935 in Defiance, Ohio to her parents Harold Linebrink and Hilda (Sanders) Linebrink. She moved to Lake Placid in 1992 from Plymouth, Michigan and was of the Christian faith. She liked to play bingo as well as knit and crochet in her spare time. She is survived by her sons: Dale Stevens of Lake Placid, FL, Wade G. Stevens of Canton, MI and Dennis Stevens of Wayne, MI; two sisters; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and many loving nieces and nephews. A Graveside Service of Remembrance will be held on Friday, August 19, 2016 at 1:00PM at Lakeview Memorial Gardens in Avon Park, Florida. The family requests in lieu of flowers that donations be made to Good Shepherd Hospice in Goldie’s loving memory. Arrangements are entrusted to Banks/Page-Theus Funerals and Cremations, Wildwood.
