Gloria G. Cruz's Obituary
Gloria Gaudario Cruz, 79, of The Villages, FL, passed away peacefully at home on March 26, 2022 surrounded by her family. Gloria moved to The Villages in 2001, from Darien, Illinois, where she lived for 25 years. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and found a love for golf, Taekwondo, and Tai Chi after moving to The Villages. She had an infectious laugh that will be greatly missed.
She was preceded in death by her parents Juan and Catalina Gaudario, and her siblings Leticia (Gene) Ramirez, Ernesto (Antonia), Conrado (Luz), and Teresita Llado (Armando).
Gloria is survived by her husband of 53 years, Aurelio R. Cruz; her daughters Ginnette Espino (Alexis) and Grethel; her 3 grandchildren, Caleb, Collette, and Camden Espino; siblings Romulo (Aurora), Danilo (Pilar), and Purificacion Domingo (Lino); and many nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Mass honoring her life will be held at St. Timothy Catholic Church, 1351 Paige Place, Lady Lake, FL 32159, on Monday April 4, 2022 at 8:30 am. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, 1901 County Road 25-A, Leesburg, FL.
