Frederick L. Hyden's Obituary
Frederick L. Hyden, 87, of Sebring, passed away Saturday, August 10, 2011. Mr. Hyden was born May 30, 1924, in Warren, Ohio and moved to Sebring in 1986 from Ohio after retiring as a Transportation Manger. He was an U.S. Marine, WWII Veteran and was a past Commander of the American Legion Post 69, Avon Park, past commander of the Military Order of Purple Heart as well as being a Mason. Survivors include his wife, Joan Fehrman; children and their spouses , Carol Jean and Martin Washington and Thomas F. and Debra Hyden; stepchildren, Mark Fehrman, Lisa Fehrman and Carole Fehrman-Lopez and her husband Gilbert Lopez; siblings, Mary F. Clarke, Laird P. Ross and Walter C. Ross along with 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. A memorial service for Mr. Hyden will be held 2PM, Friday, September 16, 2011, in the American Legion Post 69, Avon Park.
