In addition to his loving wife, Fred was preceded in death by his parents, his parents-in-law, Richard H. and Nola Blanche Cheesman, and all of his siblings including Betty L. Westerman, Harry S. Huston, Jr., Richard D. Huston, and Jacquelyn J. Clevenger as well as each of their respective spouses.

Fred was an honest, hardworking man who loved and provided for his family. His grit, determination, and stubbornness were legendary with each trait also being instilled into his loved ones. Fred had a quick, dry wit and a great sense of humor and it was rare for anyone who had ever met him to forget him. He will live in his family’s hearts for eternity.
There will be a small private celebration of both Fred and Vivian’s lives at a later date.
