If I had known God was going to take you away~ I would have asked him to wait because I had something to say~ I'm sorry I never got to say good bye..
Love you
Lisa
While I didnt have the privallage of meeting you, my husband Garrett Kipfer was very fond of Frank. He has shared many stories with me from his childhood and memories he has of him and Frank. God bless the family in their time of sorrow.
Thank you for more love and laughter than anyone could have asked for. Thank you for being such a wonderful father to my son and teaching him so much in life. He is what he is today because of you. 18 years later, he still talks about how thankful he is for having you in his life. I pray your burdens be removed now and that you are happy, tranquil, and by your sisters side laughing once again. My condolences to family. You will be dearly missed. Until we meet again
Thanks for all the love and laughter anyone ever could have asked for. The things you taught my son will be forever in his heart. Because of you, he is the man he is today. Thank you for being the father he needed and loved. May you rest now in peace and tranquility, laughing with your sister by your side once again. May the burdens you carried be gone and your heart filled with joy. Until we meet again
