Francis A Kelsey II's Obituary
Frank A. Kelsey, II, 91, of Avon Park, passed away Thursday, December 7, 2016. Mr. Kelsey was born May 17, 1924 in Lancaster, OH to Frank and Mildred (DeLong) Kelsey. He was a pilot for the US Army Air Corp during WWII. He had worked for Muskegon Piston Ring Factory in Sparta, MI and was instrumental in developing a machine to make rings, and then he worked for the US Postal Service prior to retiring. He is a Jehovah Witness and enjoyed building model airplanes. He and his wife moved to Avon Park originally in the 90’s, returned to Missouri then moved back in 2003. Survivors include his loving wife of 44 years, Ines; 6 children, Cynthia Borland, Gloria Brunney, Millie Melle, Frank Kelsey,III, Jim King and Linda Weaver along with many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
