Frances Rogers' Obituary
Frances Rogers, 92, of Sebring passed away December 6, 2019 in Sebring Florida. Frances was born on June, 26, 1927 to Francis Joseph and Daphne Verone (Olsen) Rogers in Mobile, Alabama.
Frances had her Master’s Degree in Social Service and was the Administrator for Catholic Social Services in Washing, D.C. for several years. Frances was a Late Carmilite in the Order of Our Lady of Mt Carmel.
Frances is survived by her dear friend and Sister in Christ Rosa Rodriguez.
