Eric Malcolm Larson's Obituary
Eric Malcom Larson, 62, Wildwood, FL. passed away on August 4, 2012 in The Villages, FL. Mr. Larson was born on March 31, 1950 in Springfield, Massachusetts. He was a Police Sergeant for the City of Norwich, Connecticut, and prior to retirement was promoted to a Detective. He had also been on the Secret Service detail for President William “Bill” Clinton. He moved to the area 5 years ago from Norwich, Conn. and was of the Christian faith. A member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars in Connecticut and the American Legion in Vermont. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and had been a member of the Gate Keepers Motorcycle Club in Connecticut. He is survived by his loving wife Mary Larson of Wildwood, FL; his mom: Beverly Larson, Leesburg, FL; two sons: Michael Larson of Connecticut and Jason Busby of Kentucky; two daughters: Jessica Dean Cass of Connecticut and Sarah Bennett of Kentucky; a brother: Glen Larson of New York; a sister: Melody Peters of Connecticut; and four grandchildren: Aydan Cass, Dylan Cass, Tucker Larson, Leah Larson and Kyla Larson. A Celebration of Life service will be on Saturday, August 11, 2012 at 3:00pm at Banks, Page-Theus Funeral Home, Wildwood, FL.
