Janet Driggers lit a candle in memory of Elsie McAnally

My nanny was the most wonderful woman or individual that I have ever met. The most sweetest and kindest who would take her shirt off her back just to help another. There will never be another one like her and this is the hardest and the most painfulest passing of someone that I've had to deal with. I don't think I'll ever be over losing my grandmother. My beautiful angel. My nanny my everything. Life will never be the same without you. That's one thing for sure. I miss your smile. I miss your hugs. I miss your laughter. I miss the smell of your perfume white diamonds. I do anything to have you back Nanny. God knows I would till the day we meet again dancing in the sky and watch over me
Im just now learning of her passing. And to her kids grandkids and greatgrandkids my heart goes out to you all. I remember the first time I meet aunt Elsie and uncle bill. I was 9. We drove from Arkansas to Florida in 86. See I was raised by uncle bills youngest sister sybieth (sibby) and her husband billy. I instantly felt like part of the family. After aunt Sibby passed in 2002 I kinda lost touch with her side, until recently and just found aunt Elsie on Facebook. I asked her if she remembered me not by name or face but because of aunt Sibby..she thought the world of Elsie. So all the mcanally children are once again all together with their mom and dad. I Bet they are kicking up some dust.
Nanny was the strongest person I know , she helped everyone without judgment. You are so missed but I know your at peace with your family in heaven. We love you very much and appreciate all that you have done. You were a light in so many people life and touched so many hearts . I will continue to remind Courtney and Seabrook what an amazing women you were.
