Effie M. Coleman's Obituary
Effie M. Coleman, 91, of Wildwood, passed away Friday, November 26, 2010. Mrs. Coleman was born in Wildwood and was a lifelong resident. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Wildwood and was retired from the Sumter County School System. She loved gardening and working in the yard. She had a servant’s heart caring for her family and friends. Survivors include her son, John (Amy) Coleman of Columbia, S.C.; 2 daughters, Betty (Bill) Johnson of Wildwood and Jean (Joe) Symonds of Wildwood; 9 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Mrs. Coleman’s visitation will be held 3:00-5:00, Sunday, November 28, 2010, in the Banks/Page-Theus Funeral Home and the funeral service will be 11:00, Monday, in the First Baptist Church of Wildwood with interment in Oak Grove Cemetery, Wildwood.
