Edwin L Moore's Obituary
Edwin L. Moore, 76, of Summerfield passed away Monday, March 17, 2014. Mr. Moore was born December 29, 1937 in Detroit, MI to Charles Edwin and Geneva Juanita (Robbins) Moore. He was a Korean War Veteran, serving in the U.S. Army. He had retired as a Security Officer, was of the Baptist Faith and was an avid sportsman, enjoying fishing and hunting as well as painting. He belonged to the Michigan Sportsman Club, the Moose and the Eagles. He had recently moved to Summerfield from Alabama.
Survivors include his son, Roger L. Moore of Detroit, MI; daughter, Terry Moore of Westland, MI; 4 grandchildren and many brothers and sisters. He was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce and son, Gary.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions are made to Banks/Page-Theus to help offset the final expenses.
