Edward Allen Overly's Obituary
Edward Allen Overly, 76, Sebring, FL. passed away on Saturday, March 17, 2012 at Tampa General Hospital in Tampa, FL. Mr. Overly was born on February 11, 1936 in Lancaster, Pennsylvania to his parents Herman and Mildred Overly. He was the Owner of a Hotel Bar in the Hospitality Industry and was a veteran whom served in the U.S. Marine Corps, during the Korean War. He and his wife moved to Sebring 10 years ago from Lancaster, PA. and was a Life Member of the AMVETS of Lancaster, PA. He was of the Christian faith and enjoyed riding his motorcycle. He is survived by his loving wife Paulette Overly who have been together for 25 years; two sons: James Walter Weiss of Pennsylvania, and Brian Scott Weiss of Virginia; three daughters: Pamela Marie Pemberton of Mount Joy, PA., Lisa Overly of Pennsylvania, and Nicki Lynne Jenkins of Virginia; Nine Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a daughter Angelique Nadine Overly and a brother Herman “Sonny” Overly. Services entrusted to Banks, Page-Theus Funeral Home, Wildwood, Florida.
