Doris P Lantz's Obituary
Doris P. Lantz, 83, of Lake Panasoffkee, went to be with the Lord Saturday, November 16, 2013 under the care of her loving family and the staff of Osprey Point Nursing Center, and Cornerstone Hospice. Mrs. Lantz was born December 29, 1929 in Lancaster, PA to Charles and Lavinia (Terrell) Parrish. She was of the Assembly of God faith and loved making all kinds of crafts, loved flowers, birds, playing the piano and riding her Goldwing Motorcycle. She was a homemaker most of her life, but had worked at various places including Slaymaker Lock and Plain and Fancy Farm both in Lancaster County. She moved to Lake Panasoffkee in 1989 from Gap, PA. Survivors include her loving husband, Jerry; daughters, Diane (Francisco) Ortiz of Goshen, IN and Denise (Frank) Boozer of Paradise, PA; brother, Dick Parrish of New Smyrna Beach, FL; sister, Nellie Shoff of Ronks, PA; 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and 4 siblings, Esther Parrish, David Parrish, Bob Parrish and Paul Parrish.
