Donald George Dingledine's Obituary
Lake Placid, FL - Donald G Dingledine (DG), age 78, passed away peacefully Friday, August 14, 2020.
Mr Dingledine was born to Clifford and Pauline Francis (Weseman) Dingledine in St. Charles, Mo in 1942. He was a loving son, husband, father, and brother and is survived by his loving wife, Sharon, two children, Donna Butchart, Amy Montz, and three step-chidren, Debra Brown, Julie Tewksbury, and Cindy Deppert. He also leaves behind two brothers Joe Dingledine, Roger and Sue Schaub, and sister Phyllis and Dennis (Schuab) Gray with several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Donald is veteran of the Vietnam War. He grew up in Missouri, married to Sharon in 1990, retired from McDonnell Douglas Aircraft in St.Louis, MO and moved to Florida with his loving wife in 1995. He was a member of the Mason Order. He had a great passion for gold and fine jewelry that generously bestowed upon his wife of whom he took great care. He was generous and had great compassion for the homeless. The discipline and patriotism he learned in the US Army never left him, as friends and family will attest.
Services will be held on Tuesday, 11:00am on September 8, 2020 at Lakeview Memorial Gardens at 854 Memorial Drive, Avon Park, FL, 33825.
