Dolores P. Eades' Obituary
Dolores P. Eades, 83, Oxford, Florida, Devoted Wife, Mother and Friend passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, December 31, 2016 in Oxford, FL. She was born in Erie, Pennsylvania on March 17, 1933. Mrs. Eades was a long time resident of North East, Pennsylvania where she was a bookkeeper, ice cream drive-in and restaurant owner, retiring to Oxford, Florida in 1992. She was a lifelong avid gardener and a 24year member of Oxford United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Mary Gresh of Belleview, Florida. Her husband of 49 years Emmett M. Eades, a son, Duane E. Eades. She is survived by her two loving sons: Wes and Rick Eades; a sister: Barbara Whitmore; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren. A Life Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at 11:00AM at Banks, Page-Theus Funeral Home, Wildwood, Florida with a luncheon following at Oxford United Methodist Church. Interment will take place at North East Cemetery in Pennsylvania at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Crescent Hose Company/North East Volunteer Fire Department in North East, Pennsylvania or Cornerstone Hospice/The Villages Hospice House in The Villages, Florida or Oxford United Methodist Church in Oxford in her loving memory.
