Dennis Lynn Campbell's Obituary
Dennis Lynn Campbell "Denny", 81, of Lake Panasoffkee, FL, began his Heavenly Journey on March 19, 2026. Dennis was born on February 24, 1945, in Lansing, MI, to his parents; Lyle and Anna (Berger) Campbell.
Denny was of the Catholic Faith and became a resident of Florida in 2005. He worked for over 50 years as a truck driver and retired at the age of 76. He was a dedicated and proud Veteran of the United States Army.
In his free time, Denny enjoyed being outside, hunting, fishing, archery and bowling. He was also a football fan, especially of the New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Denny was also a musician, he made a record in Nashville, TN, and performed with several artist and played at the Grand Ole Opry. He was talented in many instruments but more specifically guitar and singing.
Dennis is survived by his loving wife of almost 54 years, Donna (Risner) Campbell, his children, Denny (Connie) Campbell, Jody West, Ashley Campbell and Mandy (Weston) Burney, as well as three grandchildren; Emma, Austin and Aiden, and siblings, Earl Campbell and Patricia Gibbs, brother in laws; Lonnie Risner, David Risner and Paul Riser and sister in laws; Ruth Busby, Sharon Tapp and Carol Alborn.
