David A Nutter's Obituary
David A. Nutter, 84, Sebring, Florida passed away on January 31, 2015 at his residence in Sebring under the loving care of his family and Good Shepherd Hospice. He was born on September 23, 1930 to the late Alonzo and Kathryn Nutter in Zanesville, Ohio. Mr. Nutter retired as a Pharmacist from the Department of Veterans Affairs working at the V.A. Hospital in Miami and at the Outpatient Clinic in Ft. Lauderdale. He had previously worked as a Pharmacist in Ohio and Kentucky. He and his wife Mary moved to Sebring in 2007 from Sunrise, FL. He was a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Avon Park, FL. He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army serving in the Korean Conflict. He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Mary Nutter of Sebring, FL; a son: Doug Nutter (Karen) of Sebring, FL; two daughters: Londa Hershey of Sanford, FL and Denise Franklin of Sebring, FL; five grandchildren: Heather, Alicia, Christopher, Marissa and Catherine; two great-grandchildren: Lucas and Benjamin. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 4, 2015 from 9:00-10:00 am followed by a funeral mass at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, 595 E Main St, Avon Park, FL. In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to Good Shepherd Hospice at 1110 Hammock Road, Sebring, FL 33870. On-line condolences may be shared by visiting www.bankspagetheus.com.
