David Ellsworth Ellis, Sr.,'s Obituary
David Ellsworth Ellis Sr., 80 of Belleview passed away Wednesday, February 8, 2012. Mr. Ellis was born May 12, 1931 in Farmington NY, and moved to Florida in 1990 from Clinton, NY. He retired as a dairy farmer/truck driver and feed manufacturer. David honorably served his country in the US Marine Corps.He attended Open Door Community Church in Summerfield. He enjoyed playing bluegrass music and was a member of Soggy Bottom Bluegrass Bunch. He is survived by his wife, Brenda, sons: David, Jr., of New York, George of Freedom, NY and Belleview, FL and Matthew of Farmersville Station, NY. Daughters: Dorothy Campbell of Freedom, NY, Eleanor Reilly of Sandusky, NY and Brenda Ludwig, Hernando, FL. Brother, Francis of Fruitland Park and sister, Frances Dolan of Mt Morris, NY. Several grandchildren and great grandchildren. David’s life will be celebrated 3:00pm, Wednesday, February 15, 2012, at the residence of Jim and Connie Harper, 4850 SE 166th St., Summerfield, Fl.
