Clemens A. Pankowski's Obituary
Clemens A. Pankowski, 76, The Villages, FL passed away on July 25, 2014 at Tuscany Hospice House in Summerfield, FL under the loving care of family and staff of Hospice. Mr. Pankowski was born on July 16, 1938 in Manville, New Jersey to Clemens J. and Katherine (Piscadlo) Pankowski. Mr. Pankowski was a retired Police Officer with 27 years of service to the citizens of the Township of Bridgewater and the Borough of Manville both in New Jersey. Mr. Pankowski was of the Catholic faith and a member of St. Timothy’s Catholic Church in The Villages, FL. He was a veteran during the post Korean era serving in the U.S. Navy. He is survived by his loving wife who have been together for over 35 years: Maryann Pankowski of The Villages, FL; three daughters: Laura Guimont (Frank) of Penacook, NH, Robin Wronski (Chris) of Bridgewater, NJ and Tracy Sibilia (Peter) of Branchburg, NJ; a sister: Leona Fasano of Piscataway, NJ; five grandchildren: Claire, Renee, Jenna, Abigail and Kayla. In lieu of flowers the family has requested donation to the charity of one’s choice in Mr. Pankowski’s loving memory. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held on Monday, July 28, 2014 at 1:00PM at Banks/Page-Theus Funeral Home, Wildwood, Florida. Burial at sea will take place at a later date with full military honors by the U.S. Navy. On-line condolences may be shared by visiting www.bankspagetheus.com.
