Charles L Hippensteel, 96, of Wildwood passed away Wednesday, October 26, 2016. Mr. Hippensteel was born November 12, 1919 in Etters, PA. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran of WWII. He had retired from an automobile parts manufacturing factory and moved here in 1988 from Waynesboro, PA. Charles was a member of the Church of the Brethren in Waynesboro. Survivors include his wife, D. Jeanne Hippensteel of Douglasville, PA; son and his wife, Chuck and Sheila Hippensteel of The Villages and grandson, Michael Shambaugh. Interment and services will be held in PA.
