Charles W. Bone, Jr.'s Obituary
Charles W. Bone, Jr., 83, Avon Park, Florida went to be with the Lord on November 17, 2016 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. Mr. Bone was born on April 22, 1933 in Rocky Mount, North Carolina to his parents Charles W. and Ruby Bone. He was a retired engineer in the Telecommunications Industry and had worked for Quest Com, Inc. He moved to Avon Park, Florida 45 years ago from North Carolina. He was a member of Florida Avenue Baptist Church in Avon Park and was a proud veteran of the Korean War serving in the U.S. Navy. He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years: Carolyn M. Bone of Avon Park, FL; his loving children: Bianca Bone, (Ret.) Sgt. Maj. Charles W. Bone, III, Robert Bone, Leigh Ann Curry, Bitsie Morrison, Michael Bone and Wendy Farless; Many loving grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister and a son Stephen Shuart. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at a later date at Lakeview Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Avon Park, FL. On-line condolences may be shared by visiting www.bankspagetheus.com.
