Carol Jocelyn Lee's Obituary
Carol Jocelyn Lee, 81, Mount Dora, Florida, went to be with her Lord and Savior on April 8, 2025 at Lane Purcell Hospice House with her good friend Debbie Stewart and staff of Cornerstone Hospice at her bedside. Carol was born on May 21, 1943 in Wildwood, Florida to her parents James Thomas Lee and Gertrude Elizabeth (Forsythe) Lee.
Carol was a lifelong resident of Central Florida and graduated from Wildwood High School. She moved to Mount Dora, Florida in 2005 from Wildwood, Florida. Carol was of the Baptist faith. She was a caring person and never said “No” to anyone. Carol worked for the State of Florida for over 36 years as a Work Counselor.
Carol is survived by her dear friend: Debbie Stewart of Mount Dora, FL; a niece: Melanie Dillon of Alaska a sister-in-law: Karen Lee of Arizona.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her five brothers, Robert Lee, Lester Lee, James Lee, Hubert Lee and J.C. Lee.
A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, April 14, 2025 at 4:00PM at Banks, Page-Theus Funeral Home Chapel, Wildwood, Florida with Pastor Craig Attaway officiating. A Visitation will be held prior to the funeral service on Monday, April 14, 2025 from 2:00PM till 4:00PM at the funeral home.
