Brian Edward Newbould's Obituary
Brian Edward Newbould, 50, Webster, Florida went to be with Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on June 3, 2021 while free diving in Guam. Brian was born on July 20, 1970 in York, Pennsylvania to his parents Edward H. Newbould and Nancy Shultz. He was a Merchant Mariner working for the U.S. Navy as a Civilian Employee for Military Sea Lift Command. A Florida resident since 1978, Brian made Webster his permanent home 25 years ago. Brian was a Christian and had attended the First Baptist Church of Inverness, Florida. Brian always put others before himself and would have laid his life on the line, especially for his children whom he loved unconditionally. Brian was an avid outdoorsman who loved fishing, scuba diving, boating, as well as hunting. Brian had a passion for anything related to being on the open waters, whether here in Florida or around the Globe, whenever as his job allowed. Brian is survived by his loving wife of 1 1/2 years Shakira Newbould of Webster, FL; father, Edward H. Newbould (wife Donna Newbould) of Inverness, FL; mother: Nancy Newbould of Ocala, FL; a daughter Emily Akins (husband Stony) Miami, FL, and two sons Charles “Charlie” Newbould of Palmetto, FL and Braiden Newbould of Webster, FL; three sisters: Linda Haggerty (Newbould) of Summerfield, FL; Cheryl Wildes (Newbould) (husband Jim)of Georgetown, TN; and Diane Burns (husband Jim) of Lutz, FL; four brothers: E. Steven Newbould of Knoxville, TN, Scott Newbould (wife Karen) of Sumter, SC, Harry Parker of Pinellas Park, FL & Jamesdean Parker (wife Carrie) of St. Petersburg, FL plus many loving nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, June 26, 2021 at 1:00PM at Banks, Page-Theus Funeral Home, Wildwood, Florida. A visitation will be held on the day of service at Banks, Page-Theus Funeral Home from 11:00AM to 1:00PM. A Graveside Committal will follow the funeral at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Leesburg, FL.
