Brenda Jean Lindsay's Obituary
Brenda Jean Lindsay, 70, of Wildwood, FL went to be with the Lord July 25, 2017 at Cornerstone Hospice in The Villages, FL surrounded by her family.
She was born October 6, 1946 in Big Stone Gap, Virginia. She was the daughter of Paul Wilson, Sr and Ella Vernon. She was the youngest of 3 children.
Brenda worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant for most of her adult life. She was a loving and caring mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend. She was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.
She is survived by her daughters, Lisa Sturgill of Wildwood, FL and Rhonda (Mason) Thornburg of Belleview, FL. Her granddaughters Jessica (Ricky) Williams of Metter, GA, Danielle (Sebastian) Hart of Wildwood, FL Jordan Thornburg of Lady Lake, FL and grandson Chase Thornburg, of Belleview, FL. Her great grandchildren, Aubree and Mia Hart, Ariya Williams and Asher Jenkinson. She has many nieces and nephews.
She was proceeded in death by her father Paul Wilson, Sr, mother Ella Vernon, step father Homer Vernon, brothers Paul Wilson, Jr. and Bob Wilson, her granddaughter Angel Sturgill and her great-grandson Weston Conley.
A viewing will be held at Banks/Page-Theus Funeral Home Friday July 28, 2017 from 5-7 pm. Funeral will be grave side Saturday July 29th, 2017 at 10:00 am at Greenwood Cemetery in Wildwood, FL.
