Bobby Lee Stoops, Age 74 of Lake Panasoffkee, FL, passed away on June 15, 2026. He was born January 2, 1952 to Betty and Wilmer Stoops.
Bobby was an ordained independent Christian clergy who believed in God first, the family, friends and community.
He was an active member of Calvary Apostolic Church, Oxford, FL and volunteered at Lake Panasoffkee UMC Food Pantry.
He leaves behind his wife, Pamela Stoops, of 35 years, daughters; Donna Froehlich, Betty (Doug) Richardson and Christy Ruiz, son; Corey Stoops, granddaughter, Krisalyn Ross and four great grandchildren, as well as his brothers; Richard (Angie) Woodham, Danny (Margie Goodwin) Woodham, Royce Woodham, Chris (Leah) Powell and sister, Susie (Gary) Zimmerman.
Bobby is preceded in death by his mother, Betty Sue (Cordle) Powell, stepfather, Jimmy Powell, sister, Joyce George and brother, Bruce Woodham.
Per Bobby's wishes, no services will be held.
