For some reason, I have these memories of stopping over at Aunt Bev & Uncle Tony's, running errands for my dad on Lynn Dale Dr. I remember always trying to get Aunt Bev to laugh at my sarcastic jokes. She usually would just give me a sideways smile, while remaining composed. I also enjoyed talking with her about cooking. I'm sad to have read of her passing.

When I was confirmed, Aunt Bev was my sponsor. Sitting next to me during Mass, she kept swatting my hands away from my mouth with a side-eyed disapproving look as I chewed on my nails. That’s one of my favorite memories of Aunt Bev, that and her futile attempt to get me to eat peas and carrots. I’m going to miss her.

My condolences to her husband Tony and the entire Machak family. Bev was so special to Bob and I, as we enjoyed many great nights of playing cards with Bev and Tony. The best part of those card nights were the great meals that Bev always prepared for all of us. We loved knitting together as well as our pedicure dates. Bevs passing has left a huge hole in my heart but I know she is no longer suffering. I will forever cherish our special memories.

My Aunt Bev was someone I have always looked up to, admired and respected. I have so many fond memories of her. I am so grateful to of had her as an Aunt and a God mother. Her strength, intelligence and kindness will always be an inspiration. Just a classy person. Even in sickness and death she was strong and graceful. All my love Aunt Bev , love Tina ❤️
