Betty was one of the most caring women I have ever had the pleasure of knowing and calling family. She would always greet you with loving arms and that wonderful smile of her's. She told me once she loved my Uncle Jack more than life itself. That made her okay in my book! Betty was adventurous as well and I know she would go to the ends of the earth with Jack if that is what he wanted. One of my many memories of Betty was a trip she made to South Carilona in the hot humid summer and though she couldn't swim a lick she crawled into a fishing boat with Jack and my dad, Percy (Bob) traveled to the middle of the lake and fished like there was no tomorrow. It was said that it was difficult getting her to reel in her line that day so they could call it quits. She had so much fun and couldn't wait to go fishing the next time somebody said, Betty wanna go fishing? Betty we love you and miss you. The world lost a really amazing person when God called you home. Rest in peace Aunt Betty until we meet again on the other side. Judy Reid
My Gram was the most amazing woman I know. She taught me so many life lessons and made me the woman I am today. Whenever I was in doubt I looked to her for advice. Whenever I needed a shoulder to cry on I could always count on her. She loved me unconditionally. She had the most beautiful heart and loved her family more than anything. She was our rock. She will always be loved and truly missed. I know a lot of people may say they have the greatest grandmother but I know mine was truly the best. Marcy
