Benjamin"Benny" Theron Mills Jr.'s Obituary
Benjamin “Benny” Theron Mills, Jr., 93, of Wildwood, FL passed away Thursday, April 24, 2025. He was born January 4, 1932, in Wildwood, FL to Benjamin Theron and Hazel Estell (nee Hiatt) Mills.
He honorably served his Country in the United States Air Force.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 51years, Dixie L. (nee Adkinson) Mills; and brother, Robert Mills.
He is survived by two sons: Kennie (Arlene) Still of Greenville, SC and Stephen (Cindy) Mills of Wildwood, FL; three daughters: Jan Owens of Winter Garden, FL, Glynda Rogers of Wildwood, FL and Melodie (David) Hudson of Leesburg, FL; a sister: Sue Wallace of Wildwood, FL; brother, Gerald (Sharon) Mills; 13 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
There will be a graveside celebration of life funeral service 10:00 am Wednesday, April 30, 2025. Family and friends will meet Greenwood Cemetery – Wildwood, FL.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Cornerstone Hospice at 2445 Lane Park Road, Tavares, FL 32778 in Benny’s loving memory.
