Anna Mae Williams' Obituary
Anna Mae Williams, 90, of Wildwood, passed away in Bradenton, Thursday, June 30, 2011. Mrs. Williams was born in Glennville, Georgia and had moved to Leesburg from there in the mid 1940’s. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Wildwood and had retired from the Sumter County School System. She loved cooking, sewing, caring for her grandchildren, gardening and canning. Survivors include her loving husband of almost 64 years, Solomon Alfred Williams; daughters, Pamala (Thomas) Walter of Bradenton and Alann (Steve) Knipp of Yalaha; 3 grandchildren, Kyle, Keith and Eric along with 3 great grandchildren. Visitation for Mrs. Williams will be held 4:00 – 6:00pm, Sunday, July 3, 2011, in the Banks/Page-Theus Chapel. Funeral services will be held 10:00am, Monday, July 4, 2011, in the First Baptist Church of Wildwood with interment following at Oak Grove Cemetery, Wildwood.
