Anna Baker Crenshaw's Obituary
Anna Baker Crenshaw, 98, Oxford, FL went to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 4, 2015 in Leesburg, Florida. Mrs. Crenshaw was born on September 17, 1916 in Lloyd, Florida to her parents George Washington Baker and Ida Mary (Gerdes) Baker. She was a retired Cafeteria Cook for the Sumter County School Board and a lifelong resident of Oxford, Florida. She was a long time charter member of the Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Oxford where she had taught Sunday school until she was 96 years old. She enjoyed quilting and being with friends and family. She is survived by her loving son’s: Larry (Janice) Crenshaw of Cedar Park, TX and Keith “Kacie” Crenshaw of Old Town, FL; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her late husband Robert Lee Crenshaw, a son Robert “Bobby” Crenshaw and a sister Lottie Connel. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2015 at Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Oxford, Florida. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 10, 2015 from 5:00PM to 7:00PM at Banks, Page-Theus Funeral Home, Wildwood, Florida.
