Dear Donnie, Charity, Craig, Brian & family. I know you will miss your Dad so much. What a Father and he loved you so much but his work is done on earth and we know he is with our Lord. He worked so hard on this earth and was a dear friend to my boys, especially Wendell & Max. I'm so glad he was part of our life. I am praying for peace for you all and love you very much

Brother, I remember when:
You wiped the gooey mess from my eye with the collar on my dress when you realized it was picture day and I had a fresh case of pink-eye in the first grade. That was so like you.
You took me for a ride in your car to get an Icee from the 7-eleven when I was 12 years old. Little did I know that you were on a mission to save me from witnessing the burial of my pet cat after it wandered onto the road and was hit by a car. That was so like you.
You shyly told me that you didn't understand why I wasn't chosen as the Homecoming Queen when I was in High School. That was so like you.
You would tease me over and over for being a book worm and you would try out wrestling choke holds on me when Mom wasn't looking, but you were always ready to defend my honor if anyone else treated me badly. That was so like you.
Though we were cut from the same cloth, we were very different - and we were OK with that. After all, that is the true beauty of God's creation. I will miss you Big Brother. May you finally get the rest you deserve, may your pain be forever gone - your struggles are over.
