The small vase of flowers were beautiful. The flowers did not make it to Visitation and were late arriving to the funeral home the next morning. The flowers only arrive in time to get put in the hearse going to the church for the funeral. The vase of flowers was set at the rear of the church. So the family only got to see the flowers as they walked out of the church with tear filled eyes and again as the flowers were placed around the burial site. Needless to say my wife and I were very very disappointed in the companies delivery service. We feel our money could have been better spent by helping pay for the Church services.

What was delivered to the funeral home was horrible it looked nothing like the Ad pic. It look liked they sent something even less than the standard and I ordered the Deluxe. I will never order from this business and you shouldnt either it was a pure rip off.

I was very disappointed!! The arrangement was not what it looked like in the advertisement! the arrangement that was sent was sparse not full the it was showen!!

I was very pleased when I saw the arrangement that was delivered as it was almost identical to the picture on the website marketing it!!! Delivery and processing of the order was fast and easy. Only complaint - I did not know the box to purchase planting a tree was preselected as I would not have done that and did not see that until after checkout so if you do not want to plant a tree - you have to unselect it!! Otherwise, very pleased.
