My husband Jim and I sat behind Penny at church during her years caring for her first husband Ray.. We sat with her after his passing and were delighted for her that she found happiness again. She was a special lady and a friend who we wanted to see every Sunday at Church. We are among many who will miss her. Carol Anne Hall
I’ve only known Penny since Fall of 2017 when we moved to Hacenda South. I was lucky to get to play golf with Penny several times. I enjoyed her friendship greatly. I was so shocked and saddened to hear of her of her passing. She will be greatly missed. Our prayers for her family. 🙏🏻🙏🏻
